Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Packtol. By creating an account or placing a bet you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use Packtol.
Online gambling is restricted or prohibited in some countries. You are responsible for making sure that using Packtol is legal where you live. Do not use the site if it is not.
One account per person. Accounts opened for someone else, or to get around a restriction or self-exclusion, will be closed.

You sign in with a Solana wallet signature or a supported login provider. Keep access to your wallet and login secure: anyone who controls them can use your account.
Your withdrawal address is locked once set. Changing it requires contacting support and may require additional verification.

Packtol accepts cryptocurrency only (SOL on the Solana network). Assets sent on another network, or tokens other than SOL, may not be credited and may be unrecoverable.
Deposits are credited once the transaction is finalized on-chain. Withdrawals are subject to the minimums, maximums and daily limits shown on the wallet page, and large withdrawals may be reviewed manually.
You may be asked to wager at least the amount you deposited before withdrawing. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed: check every address before you confirm.

Every game outcome is generated by our provably fair system and can be verified on the Provably Fair page.
Gambling involves risk. There is no guarantee of winnings, and past results do not predict future results. Only play with money you can afford to lose.
If a technical error causes an incorrect result or payout, we may correct or void the affected bets and balances.

Cheating, exploiting bugs, using bots or automation, colluding with other players, money laundering or any fraudulent activity is forbidden and may lead to account closure and forfeiture of the funds involved.

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the site at least two weeks before they take effect; continuing to use Packtol after that means you accept them.
